primal SA proto

primal SA boards for surface mount prototyping.

primal SA boards have a checkered ground plane on the underside of the board. The round pads on the top side connect through the boards to the underside where they can be selectively attached to the ground plane with a small blob of solder. primal SA boards are good for RF and other higher frequency circuits like buck/boost power converters running at a high switching rate.
